The Peripheral Vascular Evaluation is a non-invasive procedure used to determine if the arteries of your legs or arms are blocked or narrowed. The initial examination includes a health history and physical examination, and then your doctor will determine what additional type of testing should be done.

This test records the electrical activity of the heart, shows abnormal rhythms (arrhythmias), and can sometimes detect heart muscle damage.
