Ann M. Boeskool

Ann Boeskool MS, PA-C

Ann Boeskool is a Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in General Cardiology.

Ann works closely with each of the physicians of Cardiology Associates of Michigan and is available to evaluate, treat and educate patients in a unique way.  Whether it’s answering questions regarding medications, recent treatments or testing, or evaluating symptoms, she is available to assist you with compassion and expertise.  It’s also important for our patients to know that you may also see Ann in the hospital as she assists our physicians in the inpatient setting. Additionally, Ann will be evaluating our patients back in the office, shortly after hospital discharge, to ensure proper medical therapy continues and all questions have been addressed.

Although Ann is able to treat comprehensive cardiology concerns, she specializes in cardiovascular risk factor education including management of lipids, nutrition, diabetes, weight and blood pressure.  She has over 18 years of experience in educating patients and managing their risk factors.

Ann also directs our Heart Failure Clinic for patients with impaired heart function.  The Heart Failure Clinic focuses on educating patients and helping them understand their condition and the importance of following prescribed therapies.  Ann will see our at risk patients on a regular basis between physician appointments to keep close tabs on the patients and their prescribed therapies with the intent of improving quality of life and reducing frequent hospitalizations.

Ann’s enthusiasm and compassion, along with her vast experience makes her an integral part of our clinical team.  She is available to our patients at both our Shelby Township and Roseville offices and is eager to be of assistance.
